PALM BEACH COUNTY COALITION FOR HOMELESS CATS in cooperation with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control is a group comprised of individuals, non-profit cat rescue agencies, and government officials, working together to reduce the free roaming cat population through responsible management & spay / neuter programs such as Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
