The purpose of this group is to pass legislation that will promote harmony between the general public, Pit Bulls and owners of Pit Bulls through education and sensible legislation.  Some ideas : mandatory neutering/spaying, educational seminars for those who own Pit Bulls and mandatory micro-chipping to identify the owners.    If you feel the same and want to do something to change the current situation please join the group.
