We will be holding various social functions at locations in the Dallas area. We will also do some fundraising to pay the Meetup fees and donate to local shelters and rescue groups. We are a group of animal lovers who are interested in saving the lives of abandoned and abused cats and dogs. We need volunteers to help with adoption events at PETCO every weekend. We also need foster guardians to care for rescued dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens in their home between adoption events during the week.

FAAS is a volunteer group of animal lovers who work at the AAS to help facilitate adoptions and rescues from the shelter. The goal of FAAS is to increase our live release rate to over 90%.
